PROGRAM COST

ONLY $199 for 3 MONTHS. It is renewable every 3 months, as long as you want to remain on our program.


WHAT IS COVERED BY INSURANCE?


  1. If you are overweight or obese with other qualifying medical issues, most insurances will cover the cost of your actual weight loss visits. The $199 is not covered by insurance and covers access to medications, time consuming pre-authorizations, your customized education and nutrition program, professional guidance, and discounted medical supplementation. Price of medication is not included. Medication will be sent to a pharmacy to be billed under insurance or self-pay. We can not guarantee availability of medications nor insurance coverage  This fee may be eligible for HSA dollars as well as reimbursement by your organization.
